Yan is the Director of Strategy & Business Development of Altran China, where she leads the planning and implementation of Atlran China’s strategies, key account business development, geo transformation program of Altran China at organizational and operation level. 

From a her 9+ years tenure in Altran, her area covers business strategy development, division operation management, post-merger integration, growth strategies, strategic marketing, merger & acquisition project management. In parallel, Yan is in charge of Altran’s consulting practice in China and responsible for strategy development and program management. In addition, she is also in charge Altran China’s marketing  & communications activities

Yan holds a MEng (EE) from INSA (France) & KAIST (Korea) respectively. She also completed a Senior Executive Program in China offered by CEIBS, Harvard Business School & Tsinghua University in 2017
